REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and the possibility of degradation over time, Ascendia Labs does not accept returns under normal circumstances.

We only accept limited returns in cases where:

  • An incorrect item was shipped
  • Additional items were included in error

In such cases, Ascendia Labs will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to correct it.

REFUND POLICY

Ascendia Labs maintains a strict all-sales-are-final policy.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at the sole discretion of Ascendia Labs in limited circumstances.


REFUND METHODS

When a refund or compensation is approved, it will be issued exclusively in one or more of the following forms:

  • Store credit
  • Discount codes
  • Rebates
  • Other comparable non-cash remedies

Cash, fiat currency refunds, or cryptocurrency refunds are not issued under any circumstances.


RESTOCKING FEE

Approved refunds or adjustments may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the issued store credit or value of compensation.

If the issue is determined to be caused by Ascendia Labs, we may waive this fee or provide additional compensation at our discretion.


PAYMENT RESTRICTIONS

Ascendia Labs does not issue refunds in:

  • Cash
  • Fiat currency
  • Cryptocurrency

All resolutions are provided in non-monetary form unless otherwise required by law.
